Change the way the mandatory Account Sign In/Sign Up is applied#1035

At the moment, if you the setting Logged In Only the menu is blurred out until a customer signs up. Is it possible to make the Sign In/Sign Up compulsory only when the user clicks the “Order Online” button to start an order.

The reason for this is it would be ideal to force customers to create an account (to reduce fraud, reward loyalty etc) but we want them to be able to see the menu before they are required to sign up. The issue is that forcing sign up to see the menu could put some users off before they even know if the menu has anything they want to order.

We have tested this flow before and it lowered checkout conversion. We recommend using standard flow and not forcing login to place orders. This yields much better results for restaurants.
