The button in the email that the customer receives when the restaurant changes the time is written in incorrect language.
The button should allow order tracking, so it should say “Traccia il tuo Ordine.” The phrase “Ordine dei Brani” makes no sense in Italian.

ORDINE DEI BRANI 😂

“Ordine dei brani” doesn’t mean anything in Italian, you should correct it to “Traccia l’ordine”

Thanks for the feedback, we will get this fixed. We are keen to establish customers in Italy and will fix.

@CloudWaitress Admin Thank you. When the restaurant changes the time, an automatic email is sent to the customer, but the email is not very clear.
In the email subject, instead of “Notifica di modifica dell’ordine”, it should say “Notifica di modifica dell’orario del tuo ordine”. In this way, customers will immediately understand that the time has been modified.
In the body of the email, in addition to correcting the green button text (which is currently wrong and should be corrected to “Traccia l’ordine”), I would write, as shown in the image I attached:
At the top: “Notifica di modifica dell’orario del tuo ordine”
On the line below: “Il Ristorante ha modificato l’orario di ritiro / consegna del tuo ordine:”
Of course, after that the new pickup / delivery time will be shown.
ChatGPT translations are excellent and translate any language into Italian very well.
The important thing is that the emails must be very clear for the customer. As I wrote in another post, I would also absolutely send an email in case an order is cancelled or rejected, because it is important to notify the customer immediately in that situation.

I will admit this translation was done before AI and none of us speak Italian (regretting now!). Appreciate the corrected wording and will get it sorted. We have a lot of Italian restaurants in Australia and across the world. Time to get this sorted for restaurants actually in Italy :)

The emails were updated as well. Your screenshot is from before the changes went live.

@CloudWaitress Admin No, the translation is still incorrect. The green button says “Ordine dei Brani,” which makes no sense in Italian.
As I explained in my previous message, when the restaurant changes the timing (as shown in the image I attached), the customer receives an additional email, and in that email the button has the wrong wording.
In addition to fixing it in the email, it should say It should be ‘Notifica di modifica dell’orario dell’ordine’ and not just ‘Notifica di modifica dell’ordine,’ since it’s necessary to specify to the customer that the time has changed.
Otherwise, the customer receiving the email won’t understand!

Will review. Admin dash board language should go love in Italian today/tomorrow.

@CloudWaitress Admin Now even this last email I had reported to you has the correct text in Italian (including the green button).
As for the Dashboard in Italian, there are definitely several things that need to be fixed.
I understand that not everything has been translated into Italian (and that’s fine).
The important thing is to translate the basic elements that I’m listing here now.
I’m attaching the images so you can immediately understand what needs to be fixed.
*I recommend doing most of the translations using ChatGPT / Gemini, as they are very good at translating into Italian.

Will review @Fabrx900. Core work is done now, so updates can be done fairly easily.

@Fabrx900 most of these have been updated. The timings will take some more time.

@CloudWaitress Admin Ok, I noticed that some things have been updated.
In the images I attached above, I included a few items that I believe are essential:
“Placed:” → Inserito
“Due:” → Pronto in
“Tomorrow:” → Domani
“2 Hours ago” → 2 Ore fa
“Updated” → Aggiornato
“Items” → Prodotti
“Start Delivery” : Consegna in
“Services”: Servizi
In the green section, you wrote “Completare” (which means still to be done), but it should actually say “Completato”.
Also, you changed “Pick Up”, which in Italian should be “Asporto”, not “Raccolte” as it is written now
I don’t understand how “Services” became “Fibre”; even Google Translate translates it correctly.
