Issue of No tax in Monthly sales total summary report for email#1064

Look at the screenshot, the email of online order sales total summary report doesn’t show TAX sales total, I think you should fix it to add. Because that’s very important for restaurant merchants.

One more issue for sales total summary report for email view.

1. No tax sales total to show out
2. No Conditional Fees sales total to show out
3. No automatic email report to send to inbox from the system, (including Monthly & Weekly & Daily)

If these issue are not resolved, that is a big problem for reseller and merchants.
