Rewards system (Loyalty)#37

Add a rewards system with points that can be redeemed for various things.

What we’ve found are best are the programs based on pre-tax Spend and with Tiers. So customer can either use Rewards as they get them or save up for something really special ( Free meal for Family, Private meal with Chef, etc.. ). And for those that do Save over time, unlocking hidden freebies ( lower tier rewards they could have gotten but didn’t yet ) - making it more like a Personlized Game rather than just collecting points. We learned from Sephora. Also something to think about is what you call them in the system…maybe you can allow us to customize the Name of the Program per Store?

Please, when is this available in our system?

A very simple example: For each item bought, you have 1 point, when collected 8 points, you can choose one free item.

Hi Team, any update on Rewards System (Loyalty) built into CloudWaitress?

Hi Team. Would love to see a built-in loyalty system directly in CloudWaitress, even as basic reward collection of points = $1 spent and then be able to redeem at checkout and have points listed in customer’s account to track point status.

Would love to see this, too.

We are integrated with Walletly and the latest version is comprehensive and much easier to use than in the past.
