Totalt price on optionset instead of added price#645

Make it possible to show the total price of the dish with an option in the option drop-down. Currently it shows the added price for the option which apparently confuses some of the customers.

For example

Pizza with regular price 50 shows on the choose size option set:
Medium +20
Family +50

Let it show
Medium 70
Family 100
