Add option for available time in cataegory and dishes and option sets#654

available time option which is available only at menu level . if we can add this option at catogory , dishes and option level as well . this make evry flexible to add dishes and option time based . like some dishes or option only avalaible on friday night or sunday moring .see Attached pic

This is already supported at menu and category level.
