@CloudWaitress Admin I contacted support, but they said they don’t have any application. It would be very useful for restaurants to receive orders on phone or tablet, simply by installing the app!

There are some problems with the application I downloaded to receive orders. The application is “push ordering,” and I have installed it on a tablet, an Apple phone, and an Android phone, as you can see in the video.
When a customer places a takeaway or delivery order, the order is not displayed. However, if they make a table reservation, it is displayed.
When an order is received and the app rings, it is not clear which order has been received. The notification bell still doesn’t work, but in my opinion, a single section should also be included where both table reservations and orders appear, as restaurateurs do not like wandering between various sections to find the reservation or order that just arrived.
In addition, the application only rings once, and it should ring multiple times when an order arrives (exactly as happens with the Gloriafood application for restaurants). It should also be possible to set the ability to receive sound notifications from a certain time onwards; otherwise, if a customer makes an order at night (for lunch the next day, for example), the phone or tablet would make the application ring even during the night.
Currently, restaurateurs are used to the Gloriafood restaurant app (the Oracle one), so they notice and communicate all these critical issues when the platform and the application are explained to them. The application is fundamental because they want to use it on tablets or mobile devices.
